Our skilled factory trained technicians will diagnose your problem and offer you the solution(s). 80% of the replacement parts we use are original factory recommended replacement part(s) and supplied directly from the manufacturer. 

At the time of the repair or service work, we will obtain the serial number from your water heater and check it for any factory (technical service bulletins) TSB applicable to your water heater. If possible this extra work will be performed in addition to the repair and or service work at the time our technician is at your home. All repair work performed is backed by our "no questions asked" warranty as listed below.

We do NOT perform factory warranty work. Most common replacement parts, we may have in stock, unfortunately some parts may need to be ordered from the manufacturer and shipped overnight. In some cases it may not be readily available for overnight shipping. In such rare cases and if possible and safe, we may be able to substitute a part until the factory part arrives or another replacement part may be located, however we will do our best to restore the safe operation of your water heater as soon as possible.
